  All event times are in the local time of the virtual world where they are taking place. eg. SLT (Pacific time - California) in Second Life.
• How do I link Ning users to posts?
  Most of the text boxes on the site let you enter html. Just add a hyperlink to their Ning page. If you see a button that looks like this then it's really quick to do - Highlight the text you want to hyperlink (eg. their name), then click the button and enter the url for their Ning page (eg http://virtualadvisor.ning.com/profile/OlafQuintessa), and the hyperlink will be inserted automatically.

• You can post flyers on events pages, group pages, blog and forum posts and probably a heap of other places by using the "Add an image" button:

  

  Click on this button and you'll have the option to either upload a picture from your own computer, or insert a picture using the URL of an image on another website.
